Southwestern Breakfast Stir-Fry

Fast Metabolism Phase 2


  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cabbage (diced)
  • 1 can green chiles (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp red peper flakes
  • 2 tbs cilantro (fresh, chopped)
  • 1 medium red bell pepper (seeded)
  • 1 tsp lime juice


  1. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat.
  2. When skillet is hot, add the beef and salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Cook until beef begins to brown.
  4. Add the onion and red pepper flakes.
  5. Cook until onion begins to turn clear.
  6. Then add the bell pepper and cilantro and cook until the bell pepper is tender.
  7. Drizzle with the lime juice when serving.
