Avocado Chocolate Mousse


  • Yield: 2 1/2 cup servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium ripe avocado (pit and skin removed)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (or more depending on desired consistency)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup agave, honey, or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until completely smooth.
  2. Adjust liquid as necessary for desired consistency
  3. Store in the refrigerator
