Satay Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (sugar free, all natural)
  • 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp minced fresh garlic
  • 1 Tbs fresh jalapeño, chopped (OPTIONAL)
  • 1 tbs fish sauce
  • 1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbs fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbs water
  • 2 Tbs granulated erythritol sweetener

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender, magic bullet, or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • taste and adjust sweetness and saltiness to your preference before serving.
