"Crack" Slaw

Cabbage and beef over cauliflower rice

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cups cabbage (shredded)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbs sriracha
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbs rice vinegar
  • to taste salt & pepper
  • 1-2 tbs coconut or avocado oil


  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 ea green onions (tops only)


  1. In a small bowl or cup, mix the Sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  2. Heat oil in wok over high heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté about 1 minute.
  4. Add the ground beef and cook until meat is browned.
  5. Add the cabbage and cook until just warm
  6. Add liquid seasoning and stir to coat.
  7. Cook until cabbage is done.
  8. Top with sesame seeds and green onions when serving.
