Keto Broccoli Salad

Description

A great alternative for those eating Keto


Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 oz broccoli florets (raw)
  • 1 cup bacon (chopped (optional))
  • 1/4 medium red onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup avocado mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (unsalted)
  • 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup cranberries or raisins (dried)
  • 2 tsp agave or honey

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise and vinegar in a small cup.
  2. In a medium bowl, place broccoli, bacon, red onion, cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
  3. Add mayo mixture and mix well.
  4. Place in refrigerator and allow to chill at least an hour.
