Pickled Jalapeños

Description

For nachos or frito pie


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 8 ea jalapeños with seeds (thinly sliced)

Instructions

  1. Whisk vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan and heat on low until dissolved.
  2. Add jalapeños and bring to slow simmer.
  3. Turn off heat, allow to cool and store in refrigerator in a glass jar.
