Chimole (El Salvador) Salsa

Description

A unique Salsa


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large cucumbers (peeled, seeded and diced)
  • 1/2 cup red onion (diced)
  • 1/4 bunch cilantro (chopped)
  • 3 medium tomatoes (seeded and diced)
  • 3 ea green onions (white and 1/2 of the green, sliced)
  • 3 tbs lime juice
  • to taste salt & pepper
  • 2 tbs olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Allow to sit for several hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Serve cold.
