Cucumber and Chile Raita


  • Yield: 1 cup 1x

Description

Great cooling dish with spicy Indian flavored foods


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ea cucumber (peeled)
  • 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp cumin (ground)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 medium jalapeño (seeded and finely chopped)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • to taste salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Trim ends off the cucumber, then cut in half and scoop out seeds.
  2. Cut into cubes and place in a bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
