Deep Fried Rice Noodles (Migrop)


  • Yield: 4 cups 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pkg thin rice noodles
  • 2 ea eggs (beaten)
  • 3 tbs peanut oil
  • 1 cup cooked pork (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast (chopped)
  • 3-4 ea dried shrimp (chopped)
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbs tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 cup bean sprouts

Instructions

  1. In deep fryer, fry rice noodles. Remove.
  2. Then deep fry beaten eggs, Remove.
  3. In frying pan, heat oil.
  4. Add pork, chicken and shrimp. Cook 1 minute.
  5. Add sugar, lemon juice, tomato paste, noodles, eggs.
  6. Stir until liquid absorbed.
  7. Add the bean sprouts. Cook until heated and serve immediately
