Shrimp Toast (Kanampan mi Gump)


  • Yield: 60 pieces 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cup pork (cooked, chopped)
  • 8 ea shrimp (chopped)
  • 2 large eggs
  • to taste salt & pepper
  • 1 ea green onion (chopped)
  • 1 sprig cilantro (chopped)
  • 10 slices bread (white or wheat)
  • 1/2-1 cup peanut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except bread and mix well.
  2. Cut bread into 6ths
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  4. Spread a little mixture on bread then drop into pan face down.
  5. Turn when brown.
  6. Drain and serve.
