Hawaiian Spareribs--Crockpot

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 3 tbs brown sugar
  • 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 2 tbs cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbs fresh ginger (minced)
  • 3 lbs pork spareribs
  • to taste salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker on low for 8 hours
