Sautéed Spinach


  • Yield: 4 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3-4 tbs olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (cut into large pieces)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp tamari
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • to taste salt & pepper
  • 2-3 cups spinach (cleaned and washed, then dried)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add spinach and garlic and sauté until beginning to wilt.
  3. Add vinegar, tamari, red pepper, salt, and pepper and sauté until wilted.
  4. Serve hot
