Poco Pepper Snacks

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tbs green chilies (chopped)
  • 2 tbs ripe black olives (chopped)
  • 1 tsp onion (minced)
  • 1 dash garlic salt
  • 5-10 drops tobasco or cholula sauce
  • 1 can crescent rolls (8 oz)
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Use cooking spray to grease a cookie sheet
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the rolls and blend well.
  4. Separate the crescent dough into 4 rectangles, pressing perforations to seal.
  5. Spread 1/4 of the mixture over each rectangle.
  6. Starting at the long edge, roll each rectangle.
  7. Cut each roll into 8 slices.
  8. Seal the bottoms and place on the greased cookie sheet.
  9. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
