Egg Roll Sauce


  • Yield: 10 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ea dried red peppers (no seeds)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbs white vinegar
  • 1 tbs water
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Break peppers and boil, then drain off water.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to water, simmer until thickens.
  3. Serve room temperature.
