Mango and Avocado Salad or Salsa


  • Yield: 2 cups 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large mango, firm (diced)
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tsp green onion (minced)
  • 1 tbs cilantro (chopped finely)
  • 1-2 medium avocados (peeled, chopped)
  • 1 tbs lime juice
  • 1-2 medium jalapeños (minced)
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 14 tsp cardamon (ground)
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg (ground)

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients together.
  2. Serve at room temperature.
