Cheesecake --Candlewick


  • Yield: 1 cake 1x

Ingredients

Scale

Filling

  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tbs vanilla

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 7/8 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 tbs cinnamon & sugar mixture
  • 1/2 tbs butter (melted)

Topping

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tbs sugar
  • 1/4 tbs vanilla

Instructions

Filling

  1. Beat eggs until thick.
  2. Add sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese.
  3. Beat this mixture for 25 minutes at a high speed with mixer.

Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Blend ingredients together and pack on the bottom and sides of 8" X 2" deep cake pans.
  3. Pour in filling.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes.
  5. After baking, add the topping.

Topping

  1. Mix the ingredients together.
  2. Spoon on top of the baked cheesecake and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  3. Cool in and open oven
