Alfredo Sauce


  • Yield: 2 cups 1x

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Add the cream.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the garlic and cheese and whisk quickly, heating through.
  5. Stir in the parsley and serve.
