Fast & Light Napa Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head Napa cabbage (shredded in thin strips)
  • 1 1/2 tbs tamari
  • 1/4 cup tamari almonds
  • 2 medium navel oranges (peeled, cut into pieces)
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp mirin
  • 2 tbs cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 tbs fresh ginger (peeled, slivered)
  • 2 ea green onions (diced)
  • 1 tbs rice vinegar
  • Pomagranate Seeds (GARNISH)

Instructions

  1. Place shredded cabbage in a medium bowl and add the oranges, ginger, green onions, and cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, tamari, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and mirin.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and mix until cabbage is coated.
  4. Top with pomegranate seeds when serving.
