Peruvian Green Sauce


  • Yield: 20 Tbs 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves and stems (packed)
  • 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 oz Feta cheese (about 1/2 cup))
  • 2 medium jalapeño peppers (seeded)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbs lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Place the yogurt, lime juice, feta, jalapeños, garlic, olive oil, salt, and cilantro into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
