Cottage Cheese and Berries Smoothie


  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 8 oz 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup half & half (or milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup frozen berries of choice
  • 1/2 tbs coconut or flax seed oil
  • 1/3-1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp sweetener of choice or artificial if doing keto
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a blender cup, place cottage cheese, halt & half, oil, sweetener, vanilla, and 1/3 cup water.
  2. Blend briefly, then add the berries. (if you put them in first, they will stick to the blender cup and not blend well.)
  3. Blend on high for 60 seconds.
  4. Check consistency and, if necessary, add the rest of the water and blend again.
