Four Layer Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup pecans (chopped)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container cool whip
  • 1 large package chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Melt the butter
  3. Add the flour and 1/2 cup of the pecans.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Spread in a 9 X 13 pan.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup cool whip
  9. Spread over the cooled pecans.
  10. In a medium bowl, prepare the pudding per package directions with the milk.
  11. Mix only 1 minute.
  12. Spread on the cream cheese layer.
  13. Top with remaining cool whip and sprinkle with remaining pecans
