Barbecue Rub for Pork

Description

This is used to flavor the meat overnight. Rub the meat with the mixture and refrigerate overnight.

Makes enough for 2 racks of ribs


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 Tbs salt
  • 1 Tbs sugar
  • 2 Tbs brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs ground cumin
  • 1 Tbs chile powder
  • 1 Tbs ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbs paprika

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
