Ingredients

  • 1 cup English or Italian parsley, coarsely chopped
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon peel, shaved and chopped finely
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbs parmesan cheese, grated or shredded
  • salt to taste
  • juice 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
  • Adjust seasoning as needed.
