Mango Mustard Sauce

Great served with cocktail Garden Meatballs


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 mango, peeled, seed removed OR 1/2 cup mango preserve
  • 2-3 Tbs ground old fashioned mustard
  • 1-2 tbs yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbs honey ( if using fresh mango)
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until it is sauce consistency.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings.
