Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bread crumbs, Italian or plain
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 medium-head cauliflower


  • Preheat the oven to 400º F.
  • Line a large baking sheet iwth parchment paper or silpat
  • Set aside
  • Remove all leaves from the cauliflower
  • Cut the cauliflower into florets, all roughly the same size
  • Melt the butter.
  • Stir in the garlic.
  • Place breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  • Dip each cauliflower piece into butter first, then the breadcrumbs.
  • Place each breaded piece on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Roast the cauliflower for 30-35 minutes until the breading is golden brown.
