Dijon Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbs balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbs dijon mustard
  • 6 Tbs extra-virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  •  Tbs fresh basil, minced

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar and mustard until combined
  • Add the olive oil in a slaw, steady stream, whisking constantly, until smooth and blended
  • Seasonw ith salt and pepper
  • Stir in the basil
