Roasted Chickpeas

Description

This is a nice crunchy protein snack


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1-2 tbs olive oil
  • any other seasoning of choice OPTIONAL

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add chickpeas, salt, pepper, and any other seasoning of choice.
  • Mix well to coat the chickpeas
  • Place on rimmed baking sheet with pachment paper or silpat
  • Roast at 375º for 15 minutes.
  • Stir, return to oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  • If you prefer them crispier, put in airfryer for 2 minutes.
